Bristol Coffee Festival needed a seamless, well-structured event that could accommodate a growing audience while maintaining its community-driven ethos. The challenge was to balance the logistical demands of a large-scale festival—venue setup, exhibitor coordination, power distribution, and accessibility—while creating an inclusive, engaging space for industry leaders, independent businesses, and coffee lovers to connect and celebrate the craft.

What We Did

We have been production partner for Bristol Coffee Festival for the last two years. Each year we bring together over 2000 coffee lovers, industry leaders, and independent businesses for a weekend at the Bristol Beacon to celebrate the vibrant South West coffee scene. We invited and curated over 40 exhibitors, panel talks, workshops, and competitions. This inclusive event fully immerses attendees in all things coffee, guided by the people shaping the industry.

Why It Worked

Beyond logistics, we supported the festival’s vision by curating an engaging day of discussions and workshops. Our team handles exhibitor stand builds, power distribution, sponsorship activations, and accessibility planning, ensuring a seamless production every time.
