The Brief in Brief
Eight brands, one festival, one goal—turning exhibition spaces into unforgettable brand experiences for Decent, FU:DI, Grind, Hip Pop, Pip & Nut, Hu, Leathams and Tenzing. With hundreds of food and drink brands vying for attention, standing out at Lunch! and Casual Dining Festival was no small feat. Our challenge? To design and build activations that didn’t just showcase products but created real connections. Having worked with these brands before, we knew exactly how to bring their stories to life.
What We Did
NUOVA Simonelli's coffee machines took center stage in a sleek café setup, while Grind’s pop-up Greengrocers served their signature blends with a side of urban cool. FU:DI turned healthy convenience into an experience with live cooking demos, and Hip Pop’s lively kombucha bar invited festival-goers to explore gut-friendly drinks. Pip & Nut hosted hands-on nut butter pairings, and Tenzing’s adventure-inspired activation had guests sampling plant-based energy while engaging with their sustainability mission.
Why It Worked
By creating activations that were immersive, engaging, and true to each brand’s personality, we turned trade show spaces into destinations. The result? Brands that stood out, attendees that stayed longer, and an impact that lasted far beyond the festival floor.
