The Brief in Brief

As Oatly’s long-term production partner, we’ve been turning their brilliantly bonkers ideas into bold realities since 2017. Over the past seven years, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with their UK team to deliver standout moments—from full-blown touring activations and major out-of-home stunts to pop-ups, festivals, and sample-led campaigns. The mission? Make every interaction unmistakably Oatly. Always irreverent, always sustainable, always surprising. Oatly needed a partner who could match their energy, move fast, and never compromise on detail or impact. Whether it's launching global collaborations, delivering experiential events, or scaling oat-fuelled roadshows, we’ve brought our A-game. Again and again.

What We Did

From East London to Edinburgh, we’ve helped Oatly show up in fresh, unexpected ways—always with oat in hand. We transformed Shoreditch into a tropical Piña Oatlada playground for their global Malibu collab, hosting drag bingo, DJ sets, and soft-serve cocktails in a fully programmed summer bar that captured Oatly’s irreverent spirit and drew sell-out crowds. At the 2024 London Coffee Festival, we dialled up the weird with a barista talent show judged by Simon Cowell lookalikes, complete with red buzzers, balloon animals, and absolutely no rules—an absurdly fun celebration that only Oatly could pull off. When it came time to launch The Small Healthy Book, we built the Misinformation Spa: a serene, spa-inspired space blending oat drinks, expert panels, and meditative sound baths to calmly counter food myths with facts and a wink. For the BLIND TASTE campaign, we hit the road with a fully electric sampling van—serving more than 8,500 coffees across 1,200+ miles in a scalable, low-impact format designed for repeat success. And for a nostalgic twist, we hired and wrapped a vintage ice cream van for a month-long sampling tour of London, spreading oat joy with every stop. Every one of these moments delivered the kind of unexpected, brilliantly Oatly experience we’ve become known for.
